It is so named because after picking green beans are exposed to the monsoon winds in stores opened for a few weeks during the rainy season. This process reduces acidity and increases the sweetness with a straw yellow colour. A unique flavour, coffee with sweet spicy nuances particularly suitable after meals. <p >This particular variety of Arabica grows only at around 2000 m. altitude. The double “A” indicates the bean’s size, which is greater than most. Strong and aromatic its distinguished and intense flavour is a delightful complement as an end to the meal.
