Return Policy

If you have purchased your item(s) online and wish to return them, and you meet the below criteria, please email info@cafena.com . Please include your name, order number and reason for return; you will then receive an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) acknowledgment on the issue within 2 business days. Once we authorize the return and you have shipped the product(s) back, we will then issue a credit back onto the credit card used at the time of purchase.How to make a return

Email us requesting a Returns Material Authorization (RMA) within 3 days of receiving your order at info@cafena.com with a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

www.cafena.com will reply with a ‘RMA’ reference number, after which you will have 7days to return the goods.

We will notify you by email once your return has been received and processed.

Returns Criteria

  • Items should be returned new, unused, and with all www.cafena.com and designer package tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
  • All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
  • To ensure that your return is adequately protected in transit, we ask that you send your items to us in the original packaging provided with your order.
  • Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
  • Return shipping is at returnees’ expense, www.cafena.com will not cover the cost of return shipping. Nor will original “shipping and handling” fees be eligible for refund as these are deemed non-refundable.
  • Returned merchandise must NOT be physically damaged, including damage due to improper use or setup.
  • Please note that www.cafena.com will not refund any final sale item(s) or consumable product(s).
  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Damaged Product

Damaged items must be reported within 2 business days of receiving your order. We recommend that you take pictures of the damages prior to opening any packages and contact info@cafena.com

Product Warranty

All product warranty coverage after 30-days will be handled directly by the product manufacturer. CAFENA MIDDLE EAST GN LLC reserves the right to refuse any returns or refunds for merchandise.

Cancelations of Orders

Should you need to cancel your order,contact us immediately. If the order is cancelled before processing, the product won't be shipped and the money will be refund in form of store credit. However if the cancellation occurs after the processing of the order, then cancellation won't be possible and you should request a Return or Exchange.
